3. Purpose of the register

The personal data collected is used:

For customer authentication and access control. For delivering customer orders and maintaining and developing the customer relationship.

Customer data is collected and processed with the customer's consent, or to enforce a contract with the customer.

Company / customer name, Business ID, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Personal information is retained for as long as it is needed to implement the agreement with the customer or to develop customer service.

 

7. Regular sources of information

The register collects information:

From the person themself. Registers kept by the authority within the limits permitted by law (eg ytj.fi).

8. Regular data transfers and data transfers outside the EU or the European Economic Area

The information is not regularly disclosed outside the company. Some third-party service or software providers may store information outside the EU or the European Economic Area. Customer contact information, such as email, name, and address, may be regularly transferred for marketing purposes within the framework of the Privacy Act (such as direct marketing, Facebook advertising tools, and opinion and marketing surveys).

The information required for accounting is forwarded to the accountant, who duly stores the material required for accounting in accordance with the law.

In special situations, personal data may be disclosed to the authorities in the manner required by Finnish law. The information required for collection is forwarded to the collection agency if the customer has not responded to payment reminders.

 

9. Use of cookies

We use the so-called cookie function. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to and stored on a user's computer, enabling the webmaster to identify visitors who visit the site frequently, to make it easier for visitors to log in to the site, and to compile aggregate information about visitors. The right of inspection is free of charge up to once a year.

 

The data subject has the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated data or the transfer of data from one system to another. He also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.

 

The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her previous consent to the processing of data or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of his or her personal data.

 

The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of his data for direct marketing purposes.
